This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies are used by the website lacantinadellosbusto.com (hereinafter the “Site”) and how you can manage them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device when you visit it. They are used, for example, to remember the contents of your basket, to make the site work securely, to measure how it is used and, if you consent, to show advertising. In this policy, “cookies” also refers to similar technologies, such as local storage or pixels.
3. Which cookies we use
Technical (necessary) cookies. These allow the Site to work: managing the basket and purchases, accessing your personal account area, security and storing your cookie preferences. They are set without consent, because the service cannot be provided without them.
Analytics cookies. These help us understand how the Site is used (pages visited, where visitors come from, orders placed) so that we can improve it. We use Google Analytics 4, connected to the Site via Google Site Kit, and WooCommerce’s order attribution feature. They are set only after you have given your consent.
Marketing and advertising cookies. These are used to show adverts and measure their effectiveness. The Site uses Google AdSense. They are set only after you have given your consent.
Sign in with Google. On the login pages and in the personal account area, the Site loads the “Sign in with Google” service, provided by Google, which allows you to log in or register using your Google account. When you use this feature, Google may use its own cookies and similar technologies in accordance with its own privacy policy.
4. Google services and Consent Mode
Google Analytics, Google AdSense and “Sign in with Google” are provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, which process data as independent controllers in accordance with their own policies: how Google uses cookies and how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.
The Site uses Google Consent Mode v2: until you give your consent, Google services do not store analytics or advertising cookies. Anonymous, cookieless technical signals, used to measure use of the Site in aggregate form, may nevertheless be sent to Google. Once you have given your consent, Google services work normally.
You can disable Google Analytics using the browser add-on and manage personalised ads from Google’s ad settings.
