DELETING YOUR LA CANTINA DELLO SBUSTO ACCOUNT AND LCDS APP DATA

This page explains how to delete your lacantinadellosbusto.com account, which is also used by the LCDS – TCG Scan app from La Cantina Dello Sbusto S.R.L.

How to delete your account

  1. Log in to My account.
  2. Open Account details and scroll to the bottom, to the Delete my account box.
  3. Press I want to delete my account…, tick the box, type DELETE and press Delete my account.
  4. We will send you an email: open the link within 24 hours and press Yes, delete my account.

The account is closed immediately: you can no longer log in, either from the website or from the app. After 30 days we delete it permanently; until then you can write to us to reactivate it.

If you have an order still open or cards with us (in custody, grading or restoration), the account cannot be deleted on its own: write to us and we will close it once we have returned your cards or completed the order.

If you cannot log in, write to [email protected] from the account’s email address requesting deletion: we will carry it out within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • name, email and profile data, saved addresses and saved payment cards;
  • the phones linked to the LCDS app and their access keys;
  • the collections saved to the account by the app, including previous versions;
  • the operational logs and scanner error photos sent by the app (which are in any case deleted after 30 days).

What we keep and for how long

  • Orders, invoices and payments: for 10 years from the date of the transaction, as required by Italian tax law; they are kept without an account.
  • Cards in custody, grading or restoration: until they have been returned or the service has been completed.
  • Website security logs (IP addresses, login attempts): for a maximum of 30 days, unless there is an ongoing security incident.

Deleting only the app data

Without deleting your account you can:

  • unlink your phones from My account (Dashboard › Linked phones › Unlink);
  • in the app, under Settings › Account, turn off collection saving and remove the copy from the website;
  • uninstall the app to delete the collections, lists and settings saved on your phone.
